1. Considering the development opportunities available to you this year, how have you applied what you learned?
I have applied what I learned by working each skill on every project that I have to do. 2. What strength do you possess that you can use at a higher level next year?
I think that some strengths that I have in technology is working with PowerPoint and Microsoft word I would be able to help in excel but I will have to take my time to figure it out in some parts. Next year I can use the strengths that I have in these areas.
3. What obstacles must you work trough so you can meet all your goals for this year?
One obstacle that I went throughout this year where turning some assignments late which made me have a lower grade. Not only work/try harder, but work more on the requirements for a good presentation.

Reflection

The outcome that I want for my project is spreading awareness. I want to spread awareness because many people don’t have an idea of what are the symptoms of childhood cancer. I would like to spread awareness especially on parents that have children’s or teenagers. I think that is really important to spread awareness on this disease that could happen to any children. I would like to spread awareness on childhood cancer because there are children, babies, and teenagers suffering from this disease. The ages that are more diagnosed with childhood cancer is 5 years to 9 years old.
